These terms and conditions outline and govern the legal framework for purchases made through the website www.ecovita.am, operated by “Ecovita” LLC. The website is designed for the online purchase of goods.
By accessing www.ecovita.am and using any of its content or services, you, as a user or customer, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
In accordance with these terms, “Ecovita” LLC enables customers to shop through its website and commits to delivering the purchased items following the defined delivery procedures. All prices are listed in Armenian drams (AMD).

Personal Data
You may browse and use the website without registering. Personal information is collected only when voluntarily provided by you. During registration, you are required to submit your name, address, email, and contact details.

Governing Law
By using www.ecovita.am, you agree that all legal matters related to the website will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation, and if unresolved, will be handled in accordance with Armenian legal procedures.

Orders and Delivery
All products purchased through the website come with a warranty as defined by “Ecovita” LLC’s established policies.

Payment Options
The site offers two payment methods: via bank card or through installment plans. Your order is considered confirmed once our operator contacts you to verify and approve it.

Delivery Information
Deliveries are made exclusively within the Republic of Armenia.

Standard delivery timelines are as follows:

• Yerevan: within 36 hours
• Regions: up to 15 days, depending on the destination

Deliveries are carried out daily between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Products are delivered either directly to the buyer or to a designated recipient at the address provided. For orders with online payment, delivery protocols may differ. Upon delivery, a product handover form is signed by both the buyer and the courier. Before signing, the buyer has the right to inspect the product. If any defects are identified, the buyer may reject the product and request a replacement. If no issues are found, the form will confirm that the product was received in good condition.
To verify identity, the recipient may be asked to provide an official ID at the time of delivery. In the case of corporate buyers, the handover document must be signed by an authorized representative and stamped with the company seal.

Return Policy
Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Armenian law, under the following conditions:

• The item has a manufacturing or quality defect
• It does not match the product description
• The buyer changes their mind

Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products that have been used or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
